Even one of my cilantro-hating kids loves this sauce. It’s great as a dip or topping. It’s creamy, tangy, and very herby. It’s also fast and easy to make, in less than about 10 minutes.
Ingredients
2 cups chopped fresh cilantro
1-2 chopped garlic cloves
1 jalepeƱo, seeded
Juice of 1 small lime
1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Blend everything up, one ingredient at a time, in a blender or food processor. Add the lime juice gradually to taste.
