Baked Squash Casserole

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 lbs. yellow squash
  • 3 tsp. melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 bread crumbs
  • 2 TBL sugar
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • black pepper to taste
1. Slice squash and put into boiling water in a large pot.
2. Boil for about 5 minutes.
3. Drain and mash together in a large bowl with everything else.
4. Bake in a large casserole dish at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes.
