Ingredients
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 6 oz. water
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 clove (or more) garlic
- 1 cup canned tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 TBL Worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBL chili powder
- 1 TBL brown sugar
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 1 TBL oregano
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 TBL parmesan cheese
Simmer all ingredients.
You can double the recipe and freeze some for later. Freezing may intensify the flavor.
